Prior to work commencing, Atlas established a triple-wide temporary office trailer for staff.

Renovations included all new impact storefront glass and frames, office wall reconfiguration, all new plumbing fixtures and bath partitions for new baths, wallpaper removal on all walls and preparation of a smooth finish with new paint. The scope also included all new ceilings, new flooring, new LED light fixtures throughout, a new break room with dining area, and the refinishing of all mahogany doors and trims.
