Atlas provided complete site development and new construction of a 35′, 3-story, 94,163sf self-storage facility with almost 800 storage units.
The Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure is completely conditioned and fully fire sprinkled. The facility includes a finished office with cabinets, bathrooms, two stair towers, two elevators and complete fire alarm electrical system. Site work included 2 ponds with retaining walls, a safety fence on top of walls, complete landscaping, paving, new sidewalks at street and new site signage.
