Assistant Project Manager.

Atlas is looking for a recent Construction Management graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow with our Company.  The Assistant PM is responsible for assisting the Project Managers in the administrative and technical management of the project and working collaboratively with superintendents and outside parties (i.e., the design team, building departments, etc.) to accomplish client goals.

Responsibilities include assisting in supervising all activities related to estimating and soliciting subcontractors in the bidding and pricing process, contract administration, shop drawing review, change orders, submittals, and scheduling.  Performs all other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Strong computer skills are a necessity, including proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), and MS Project. Experience with Procore software is a plus.

Must possess OSHA 30 certification or obtain certification within four (4) months of hire date.
