Andy Stultz is president and CEO of Atlas Building Company. Stultz earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana and worked for GE Aircraft Engines in Cincinnati, before entering the real estate development industry in 2001. Five years later, he sold his business and moved to Venice where he transitioned into commercial construction.
The LEED Accredited Professional has over 17 years’ experience in commercial construction. Through the years, Stultz has managed or been Project Executive on a wide variety of commercial projects ranging from $250,000 to $25 million, including the $6.4 million King Plastic Manufacturing Expansion in North Port, the $15.8 million Luxe Luxury Vehicle Storage Suites in Lakewood Ranch, the $23 million Sun Hydraulics manufacturing and office building expansion in Manatee County, and the $25 million Gasparilla Road Improvements project for Charlotte County.
He has also taken on leadership roles in professional, civic and charitable organizations, serving as past Board Chair of the Sarasota County Planning Commission, Board Member of The Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Officer of the Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation, Member of the Charlotte County Economic Development Partnership, and Member of the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange.
T. Andrew Stultz has the sole authority to bind Atlas Building Company and is the only person authorized to sign contracts and agreements.

Charlie Woehle is Senior Vice President of Preconstruction of Atlas Building Company. He has over 45 years of commercial construction experience with a proven ability to take projects from inception to completion, whether new, ground up construction or commercial renovations, both vacant and occupied. His project experience is in both the public and private sector including large site development, municipal, medical, warehouses, retail, shipping facilities, assisted living facilities and numerous other types of construction ranging in size from $250,000 to $24.5 million.
Charlie has completed numerous Design/Build projects and worked with many architects, engineers, designers and mechanical engineers. All of these projects were completed in time frames, in budget and with the finished product the Client desired.
Having owned his own area General Contracting business for 17 years, Charlie brings not only the technical knowledge and capabilities, but understanding the need for strong communication with the client and project team at all levels.

Brent Boydston is Executive Vice President of Operations of Atlas Building Company. With an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Wake Forest University and over 25 years of business process management, Brent has taken the Atlas mission, “to build the vision of our client with the utmost certainty, transparency, and clarity”, to create a proprietary process for construction management. This process is built around Atlas as the trusted advisor to the client coordinating all the details to bring to life the client’s vision. The outcome produces predictable results that clients can be confident that when they contract with Atlas, they will receive their project on time and on budget.

Mark Coyne is Senior Vice President of Construction of Atlas Building Company. He is an accomplished commercial construction professional with over 25 years of experience successfully delivering multi-million-dollar projects throughout Florida in both the private and public sector. These projects were delivered of the highest quality on time through careful planning and experienced problem solving.
Mark oversees all Atlas construction activities. His responsibilities include managing construction budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintaining construction sites’ quality while assuring that all staff adhere to Atlas Building Company’s Construction Safety and Health Plan.
