Atlas completed site work and new construction of a 41,000sf, three-story structure and retrofit renovations to a single-story 52,000sf, warehouse. The two buildings are fully conditioned with both interior and exterior access to the storage units and houses a 2,000SF office.
The existing building had to be renovated to include automatic door, controlled by keypad. The building had an old metal roof which was completely reroofed with solid panels infilling metal roof and a TPO system to complete reroof. This building contained 400 storage units.
The new building consisted of 1st floor masonry and 2nd and 3rd floor of steel construction and roof structure was standing seam. It contained 2 stair towers and 2 elevators. This building housed 380 storage units.
Both buildings had to have connected fire alarm and fire sprinkler system.
