New construction of a 3-story, 40’ high self-storage building with two additional single-story buildings totaling 88,000sf. Atlas provided pre- construction design and bid phase services, including plan review and submittals through permitting.
The main building is a climate controlled, Pre-engineered metal building enveloped with stucco and includes two elevators and two stairwells. The remaining two buildings are non-climate controlled with storage unit access from the exterior parking area.
The project includes full site development of the 3.5 acre parcel including all new utilities, new fire main and fire hydrants.
The project was permitted through Martin County and includes an FDOT turn lane.
