Site development and construction including renovation of an existing office building and new construction of a 31’ 8”, two-story, 50,000 sf storage building totaling 420 storage units.
The Pre-engineered metal building structure is enveloped by stucco/EIFS/ Masonry including split face block and is completely conditioned, and fully fire sprinkled with a new fire main.
The office renovation consisted of the demolition of the entire interior and removing the existing roof. The building was constructed with an entire new storefront, roof system and completely new interior.
The site work was completed while keeping the existing facilities up and running.
