Atlas provided the preconstruction services and developed the final GMP and provided construction management.
The scope included the construction of a new building complex in the south eastern area of Robinson Preserve with restroom facilities, a shade pavillion and large outside patio with picnic tables. Utility work included new electrical service, over 2,500lf water distribution system for domestic water and fire protection, and a new sanitary sewer system; all constructed to service the new restroom complex and future buildings planned for the site.
The building has stacked cedar timber walls with a green metal roof and tongue and groove decking.
Other modifications included onsite parking lot with canoe and kayak launch, rubberized walking paths and construction of 120 kayak storage racks.
