Atlas completed site development and construction of a 112,875 square foot, 3-story, self storage facility. Scope included utilities, landscaping, fencing, concrete slabs, steel structure, TPO roof, framing and drywall, overhead doors, storage bin system, millwork, flooring, building signs, elevator, plumbing, fire sprinkler, HVAC, electrical work and low voltage work.
The structure is a Pre-engineered Metal Building complete with climate control and fully fire sprinklered.
