The Pre-Engineered Metal Building Structure is completely conditioned and fully fire sprinkled with a new storefront. The scope included a finished office with cabinets, bathrooms, two stair towers, two elevators, and complete fire alarm electrical system. Site work included 2 ponds with retaining walls, a safety fence on top of walls, complete landscaping, paving, new sidewalks at street and new signage.
