Conversion of an existing 96,011sf Kohl’s department store building into a self-storage facility. There was an existing fire sprinkler & fire alarm system that was modified under a separate permit. The scope included demo of interiors, installation of additional structural supports for the 2nd floor, installation of an additional elevator, and the modification of electrical, mechanical and plumbing.
The existing raised loading dock was converted to a loading ramp.
