Atlas is providing complete demo, site development and new construction of a 35’, three-story, 90,111 sf self-storage facility. It will contain 660 storage units; one floor is at basement level and two are above ground.
The Pre-Engineered Metal Building Structure is completely conditioned and fully fire sprinkled with a new storefront. The scope included a finished office with cabinets, bathrooms, two stair towers, two elevators, and complete fire alarm electrical system. Site work included 2 ponds with retaining walls, a safety fence on top of walls, complete landscaping, paving, new sidewalks at street and new signage.
