Atlas provided complete site development and construction of (3) single-story storage buildings totaling 90,000 s.f. on a 6.25 acre parcel in Bradenton.
Two buildings were completely air conditioned, and the third building contained unconditioned storage garages, but still fire sprinkled.
The project required relocation of nearly an acre of retention pond. The site layout of the buildings created a compound with boat and RV storage areas in the center of it.
The total storage units for this project were 25 garages and 490 interior units.
