Atlas completed site development and construction of a 89,730 SF, 3-Story, Pre- Engineered Metal Building Structure completely conditioned – Self Storage Facility – Fully fire sprinkled with a new storefront. Work included almost 800 storage units, finished office with cabinets, bathrooms, two stair towers, two elevators, and complete fire alarm electrical system. Site work included clearing, pavement, storm drains, complete landscaping, paving, new sidewalks at street and new signage for site.
