Construction is well underway in Lehigh Acres on a 117,604 SF self-storage facility consisting of a 1-story and a 3-story structure co-located on a single parcel. The Pre-Engineered Metal Building Structures will be fully climate-controlled and fire sprinkled, feature a stucco and lap siding exterior complemented by storefront assemblies and offer a total of 866 storage units in various sizes and configurations. Additional scope includes all new utilities, parking, and landscaping.
