Atlas is providing complete demo, site development and new construction of a 35’, three-story, 90,111 sf self-storage facility. It will contain 660 storage units; one floor is at basement level and two are above ground.
The Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure is completely conditioned and fully fire sprinkled with a new storefront. The scope includes a finished office with cabinets, bathrooms, two stair towers, two elevators, and complete fire alarm electrical system. Site work includes underground detention, complete landscaping, paving, new sidewalks at street and new signage.
