After completing demolition of the existing bank building, Atlas is providing complete site development and new construction of a 39′, 3-story, 93,777sf, self-storage facility with 723 storage units.
The Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure will be completely conditioned and fully fire sprinkled. The facility will include a finished office with cabinets, bathrooms, two stair towers, two elevators and complete fire alarm electrical system.
Site work includes removal of excessive dirt, landscaping, paving, new sidewalks at street and new site signage.
