After completing demolition of the existing bank building, Atlas provided complete site development and new construction of a 39′, 3-story, 93,777sf, self-storage facility with 723 storage units.
The Pre-Engineered Metal Building structure is completely conditioned and fully fire sprinkled. The facility includes a finished office with cabinets, bathrooms, two stair towers, two elevators and complete fire alarm electrical system.
Site work included removal of excessive dirt, landscaping, paving, new sidewalks at street and new site signage.
