Atlas and Community News
Atlas is bringing a new DaRuMa Japanese Steakhouse to The Landings plaza in Sarasota.
Similar to its other locations, the restaurant is approximately 8600 square feet consisting of uniquely designed seating atmospheres. There will be 11 teppan cooking tables, a themed sushi bar, traditional dining and a piano area. Construction includes a full kitchen, complete interior finishes and of course, the signature Koi Pond foyer entrance.
Interior design is by J. Kurt Lucas and Architecture by Greg Hall. The project is slated for a June completion.
The renovations will take place in different areas of the sub-projects which include the multi-use gymnasium, fitness/wellness activity room, multi-purpose arts & craft room and storage areas, as well as functional and code improvements including kitchen upgrades. The scope also includes all related site work which may include parking, pedestrian and vehicle circulation, site and security lighting, signage, landscaping and irrigation, stormwater management systems, utility services and extensions.
“We truly think that we need to give more than we take,” says Stultz. “Serving a client, doing the right thing, and helping people make wise decisions are critically important to our success, even if we don’t get the job. If there’s an opportunity to give a referral, we do it. We’re sowing seeds, and you just don’t know where they’re going to pop up and grow.”
Atlas engages in both public and private-sector commercial projects along the Gulf Coast. Whether you are a valued current client, a potential new client, or a prospective staff member, we thank you for visiting and would be honored to have the opportunity to work with you.
