Andy Stultz is the President and CEO of Atlas Building Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana. After working at GE Aircraft Engines in Cincinnati, Andy shifted to the real estate development industry in 2001. Five years later, he sold his business and relocated to Venice, Florida, where he transitioned into commercial construction.
A LEED Accredited Professional with over 17 years of experience in commercial construction, Andy has successfully managed or served as Project Executive for a wide range of projects, from $250,000 to $25 million. Notable projects under his leadership include the $6.4 million King Plastic Manufacturing Expansion in North Port, the $15.8 million Luxe Luxury Vehicle Storage Suites in Lakewood Ranch, the $23 million Sun Hydraulics manufacturing and office building expansion in Manatee County, and the $25 million Gasparilla Road Improvements project for Charlotte County.
In addition to his professional achievements, Andy has held leadership positions in various civic, charitable, and professional organizations. He has served as the past Board Chair of the Sarasota County Planning Commission, Board Treasurer of The Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Chair Elect of the Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation, and as a member of the Argus Foundation, the Charlotte County Economic Development Partnership, and the Gulf Coast Builders Exchange.
As the sole authority to bind Atlas Building Company, T. Andrew Stultz s the only individual authorized to sign contracts and agreements for the company.

Charlie Woehle is the Senior Vice President of Preconstruction at Atlas Building Company, with over 45 years of experience in commercial construction. He has a proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion, including new ground-up construction and complex commercial renovations, both vacant and occupied.
His extensive experience spans both the public and private sectors, with project types ranging from large-scale site development and municipal buildings to medical facilities, warehouses, retail spaces, shipping hubs, and assisted living complexes. Projects under Charlie’s leadership have ranged in size from $250,000 to $24.5 million.
Charlie has led numerous Design/Build projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, designers, and mechanical specialists to deliver exceptional results. All of these projects have been completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s full satisfaction.
Having previously owned and operated his own general contracting business for 17 years, Charlie brings a wealth of technical expertise and a strong understanding of the importance of clear, consistent communication with clients and project teams at all stages of the process.
