Atlas was selected as the construction manager/general contractor which included Preconstruction services of architect selection, introductions to banking relationships, design evaluation, constructability reviews, value engineering options, budget and schedule development.
The scope includes site development and new construction of a luxury car condo complex including 43 units, a clubhouse and a detail bay totaling 55,245sf. Each unit is climate controlled, and fully fire sprinkled with private restrooms. The site development includes access controlled security gates, site lighting and all new utilities.
