Atlas started working at PGT in 2017 after their then current construction manager failed to deliver projects to their standards. Atlas worked on a negotiated construction manager basis providing on-going preconstruction services to assist in the development of scopes and budgets for projects at their Venice headquarters.
In 2019, PGT transitioned to working with Yeomans Work Architecture.

Atlas worked closely with the PGT staff to develop work scopes to maximize value and fit their capital expense budgets.
The biggest challenge was working in an active manufacturing or office environment. We had to work diligently to deliver the projects as quickly as possible, while remaining flexible, adjusting our construction schedules to the Client’s needs.
