Atlas started working at PGT in 2017, after their then current construction manager failed to deliver projects to their standards. Atlas worked on a negotiated construction manager basis for numerous projects. We provide d on-going preconstruction services to assist in the development of scopes and budgets for projects at their Venice headquarters.
The biggest challenge was working in an active manufacturing or office environment. We adjusted our construction schedules to meet their needs.
